What do you clean?

Plan A: The Classic

4 – 6 hours likely

Maintenance/recurring cleaning includes:

  • Disinfect high-touch areas
  • Clean flooring and dust baseboards
  • Dust light fixtures within normal reach
  • Dust, straighten up, vacuum living areas, entries, hallways
  • Scrub the bathrooms (shower/tub; toilet; sink, counter, vanity; shine mirror; vacuum and steam clean the floor)
  • Clean the kitchen:
    • wipe down/disinfect counters, table
    • clean and shine major appliances (exterior)
    • spot-clean cabinets and doors
    • clean microwave inside and out
    • clean sink and freshen disposal drain
    • vacuum and steam clean floor
  • Make the beds
  • Laundry room: sweep or vacuum; dust
  • Remove trash from the house to your outdoor bin; reline trash cans

Plan B: Deep Clean

10 hours or more likely

LIMITED TO 2,800 SQUARE FEET OR LESS

Best for moving in/out or a neglected home, this plan includes:

  • All of Package A, plus:
  • Clean ceiling fan blades
  • Clean baseboards and door frames
  • Dust crown molding; clean chair rails & paneled doors
  • Wipe down blinds
  • Clean cabinets and drawers in bathrooms and kitchen
  • Wipe down shelves in empty pantry, built-ins
  • Spot clean grout in tiled areas
  • Dust/clean air vents
  • Clean sliding glass or storm doors
  • Clean smudges on windows around or in front door
  • Sweep out fireplace (not the chimney!)
  • NOTE: Limited to 2,800 square feet maximum
